Urbanic — Refund failed but the item has been picked up

I order one coat and one sweater from urbanic both the items were loose on me so i returned them and the pickup was done today only on 25th sep but my app is showing return failed. Update that status so that i can get my refund and process my refund as soon as possible. I am attaching screen shots of the product plus the order id. +1 photos Was this information helpful? I have ordered a top and a jeans from urbanic and both the items were delivered on February 8 without any delay or damage. The top was perfect in size and everything buth the jeans were too loose for me. So I have requested a return and the item have picked up on February 9. I didn't get my refund yet. Please look into this matter.
I will attach screenshot of the corresponding issue.
