Two garments were delivered from Urbanic on 21st oct 2021. I sent the return request on 28th oct. Since then my return requests are not entertained. People sitting at customer service take my customer details every alternate day and tell me that they will investigate the case. Investigating team is working on it n they need some more time. Today I m told that they will not take it back since the time has exceeded its limited time period of 10 days. Pls help me return those two garments and refund the money.
