Urbanic — Un-updated delivery processes and late delivery

I had ordered items from Urbanic on 13th Nov and while placing the order it assured a delivery by 24th Nov. It's been more than 10 days now and its still in processing! I have to fly out of the country with those packages as a gift for someone in 2 days (still haven't got them). The customer service live chat too wasn't helpful with my concerns. Hate to say this but I had expectations from this app and feel really disappointed about my choice.
