Urbanic — Unable to return the product

My return request was accepted on 21 Jan 2020 and the pick up was scheduled on 22 Jan 2020 i.e Friday. It's been Sunday and still no one has come to pick it up. Their customer service is saying to raise the req again but there is no such option in their app.
