We have ordered patch work cocktail dress worth 1899/- and we have been delivered wrong product lagging with mrp 999/- which is of no use to us. Despite writing several emails, no satisfactory response received rather harrassing us by asking one or the other documents every day. Matter dealt by Urbanic office kasturba Gandhi marg, Connaught place, New Delhi and customer care executive is Tanisha Ansari
