I ordered a lettuce trim bodycon dress in size small color brown and I received a top which is nowhere near to what I ordered. I tried contacting customer service nothing happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still return application is unable to be submitted as pictures aren't uploading. I asked if the dress could be sent and top be picked up and taken but no response. It has been 3 days. My order ID is[protected]. I really do not want the top and want it picked up and correct product I ordered to be delivered. The brown dress is what I order and the cream top is what I received. The amounted i[censored]nable to give the right product is 790/- i.e the amount I paid for the dress.
