Urdoorstep Eretail — items ordered are not delivered and they torture for refund

Whenever i order food items using my prepaid wallet, one or two items will not be delivered but amount gets deducted.

It is like cheating, they take order, confirm and deduct money from consumer prepaid wallet without delivering the item.

To get the refund i have raise multiple tickets sometimes i have to make multiple calls.

Below are few tickets still pending for refund for me.
Udsm0226, udsm0256 and udsm0320.

There may be many such cases for other people.
Please do take action.

they are not delivering my order.also my wallet amount was deducted all of a sudden, they are not even refunding my amount.such a fraud company
