Urdoorstep Eretail — No refunds

I suspect a fraud being perpetuated by urdoorstep.com. Every time an order is placed where upfront payment is made - if there are items that are not delivered or are returned - the customer does not get a credit back. I did not realize this till my last order when some items worth Rs. 72 was not delivered and I did not accept delivery of items that were of bad quality for which an amount of Rs. 237 was due back to me. The order was placed on 11 May (Order ID: 4076063) and was to be delivered the next day. When I started following up the website 3-4 days for the refund due, they credited the amount of Rs. 72 but till date the refund of Rs. 237 has not happened.
I am suspicious that in the past amount due may not been credited back and there are other customers who may have had similar experiences.
