Urdoorstep Eretail — non refund of wallet amount

No service in my apartment for a long time, each time i placed an order they wouldn't deliver. i have since asked for refund via phone and email, and despite reassurances over months, they have not refunded 520 in my wallet to my bank account.

this is the email they sent me a month ago, without any sort of complaint number to follow up. they havent responded to all subsequent mails. I've been asking for a full refund.
