I have ordered 1 item on 2nd Dec with order # 4931119 (Hit Crawling Insect Killer Spray)

It's been 8 days, I have not recieved my item yet.

I would like to inform you that I don't want that item and would iike to cancel it.

Please cancel the item and start the refund process.

Please let me know, if you have nay question on it.

I got below reply from them, that REFUND has been initiated and it will be completed in 7 days.
