[Resolved] Urdoorstep Eretail — Refund not initiated (already 36 days over)

My order number 4397606, 4397654.

I have paid rs.1534 with order no.4397606 and rs. 1534 with order no.4397654 of two transactions on july 16 using credit card online payment. But the ebs thrown an error msg :"transaction failed". The customer care guys had called on the same day and told will refund the same. But till date refund has not been initiated. I called the customer care people so many times, every time they tells one or two days its will be credited to my account

Its already 36 days and the issue has not yet been resolved. Please check and revert back asap.
