[Resolved] Urdoorstep Eretail — wallet refund as the services stopped in hrbr layout, kalyan nagar | |||||
In Feb 2018, urdoorstep stopped services in my area 1st block, HRBR Layout. There is an amount of 1273 in my wallet and I came to know cancellation of services once I placed on order for Rs 1113. When I called them they said amount will be refunded to the source how the wallet is recharged. Attached screen shot of my wallet. I see that there is a deduction of 1273 in my account on March 6th 2018. But I did not receive any amount. I called the customer care number[protected] many times also mailed them to [protected]@urdoorstep.com. Everytime they say it may take 1 week or so, but so far for 4 months I did not get my money back and I hear same story every time. Also they stopped responding to my email as well. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Also I am not sure how some CBR Prakruthi apartment address is updated in my account and how many number of times I say that I stay in independent house and not in apartment still it is NOT updated and every time they refer to same address.
