[Resolved] Urdoorstep Eretail — Wrong product delivered

Have ordered for "orka brown big boss chair xxxl (With beans)" with the discounted price of rs.2199/- with orderid# 3861609 . After receiving the product, found it to be defective. Hence requested for a quick replacement, but after repeated reminders & mails, after 1 month after one month, company replaced it with wrong product of different colour, design, pattern & price i.E. Rs.1399/-. Even after repeated escalation, company is nether replacing the correct product nor is willing to refund the amount.
