I had ordered for chicken without skin, coconut, tur dal, chakki fresh atta, and onion on 2nd july 2016 vide order no 4320959

Discount Voucher : to be delivered before 12 pm on 3rd July 2016 and before ordering i took a confirmation over the phone no 45554666 from their customer service about the delivery of chicken before 12.30 telling them i need it is for lunch and they promised to send the same by 12.30. Today morning around 8.30 am their person came and delivered all the items except the chicken telling me that they chicken will be sent by 4.00 to 4.30 pm. citing that it did not come from their warehouse. I refused to take the item until i get the chicken before 12.30 and they took all the item and left. Is this not cheating the customer and taking them for a ride. Usually i take from an another online service the chicken and they would be very regular in sending because i was getting regular message from urdoorstep i wanted to give them a chance and this is what i got for it. Are they not answerable for deficiency in service. Trust you shall look into the above and do the needful so that we are not taken for a ride by them.
