U. S. Polo Assn — Colour problem of a product in third wash

I have purchased a us polo tshirt from us polo store in westend mall, ludhiana (punjab)
during the first wash only the colour o[censored]r product got faded (navy colour got into partial white )
i went to ur store where i have purchased it from but they didnot listen to any of my complaints rather replied that company is not liable for any such issues.
