[Resolved]  Us Polo — cloth issue/defective shirt.

Hello team,

Please treat this as an escalation based on interaction on one o[censored]s polo store which is located at city walk shopping mall at saket (New delhi), two day's back i have bought a shirt from this store which is not in discount, while checked and noticed that shirt is flawed and for that i went to store, one of guy told me that he will check with manager since it's a defect from company itself so i left the shirt there along with bill, now today i have called them asking for status since it's been two days, i got a retort shirt will get stitch and then hand it over to me, my question is why should i get the stitches shirt instead of replace with new one, that's very bad when i asked them i need to speak with manager they simply refused and didn't even bother to give me manager's number. I mean am i really supposed to get such a support from such a big brand store. Isn't amazed to get such a worse service. Anyway i am also working as a brand director and i know pretty well how to deal with customers and make the things to rectify if any issues are there but in your store i didn’t see the professionalism. Can you guys please have a look on my concern with immediate effect before i take this too legally. It's just a matter of rs 2400 but concern is the resolution and the behave which is not tolerable. Thank you.
