I purchased Usha food processor in Amazon on 16 October 2020 now it was given problem i am given completely in service Center he came and verified it having problem I told to replace the product but he is not given proper responce

While using after 10 minutes electrical wires getting heat please come and check

Machine is not working properly.

The person who came from Usha SLV Service provided for the mixer grinder, I paid him the parts price and the service charge, but he said he doesn't have any receipt for the same now and there is no warranty for the parts changed.

I called Usha customer care, and they have put it on hold for around 30 minutes, and still, I have not disconnected the call. The lady was connected for 12 minutes, and then after that, she is not there in the call. I am shocked to see such the worst experience with Usha care this time.

I never expected such bad support from Usha. According to the technician, there is no guarantee of the parts he changed.

Water is not heating past three days... power supply goes to the water heater. Indicator lights on.. but water is not heating

Only moving the fan but fan's blade is not moving.

Both were install yesterday evening only.

I registered my complaint 9april 2021 but nobody come saying lockdown after 2 month one service person come and giving useless point like machine is on and heating so its ok machine and did not replaced his senior said replace the panel but he didn't done, he said senior person come for complaint but next dat complaint cancelled by them automatically.
another day i registered again complaint and another person come and repair the machine,...
