We have a recurring issue with the gas burner we purchased a few months ago and we have complained a lot of times. A man named 'Jitendra' came like 5 times to fix the gas burner over a period of months but still it is not fixed. That guy has an attitude problem and refused to change the faulty part.
Last night we had an incident, we were trying to turn on the gas burner and the flames went too high that almost burned my younger sister. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
I am requesting you to please fix the gas burner ASAP and escalate this as high as you can. We are tired of calling the customer care number where they send the same guy 'Jitender' who is of no use.
