Do not understand why the hell you guys (Usha international team) always saying that we have 24 hrs customer service and bla bla.
I raised a complain on 25th april, every day i am calling to usha customer care.
And i hear form that, sorry for inconvenience, we can understand, withing 24hrs our technician will contact you, let me check technician availability and will call back to you sure. (These all fixed answer, then inserted of the call center and all, just added these all answer in bill or warranty card.)
Ya till date i haven't get any call from usha care or technical.
Do not understand is it problem with usha or me?
Being indian, thinking lets use indian brand but sorry to say...
Anyway you have loosing one customer and will hope many more too.
Because i will not sit idly. Will start doing your marking on all social media network.
Hope you can understand the end customer frustration level.
Please can you (Indian consumer team) help me out this. I do not understand what is the next step i can take it up. Thinking will take legal action on this.
