Usha International — Complaint against usha heater

Have bought a usha heater on 26th dec 2015, but fan was not working so called the customer care very next day. Till date that is 5 th Jan 2016 no one attended the call nor called back.now i want money back.. Or replacement of the same.. Other wise woild be force to go to consumer court...
