Usha International — complaint not attended, no monitoring, poor customer care, technicians are trying to rob and loot the money for doing nothing. | |
Usha lexus gyser 25 liters is not working. I have filed a complaint with phone no. [protected]on 30 january 2019. Complaint not attended yet. On contacting customer care told that their service provider uploaded that your gyser is not usha product. It is false info. Second time they told complaint will be attended but it seems usha hired some private technicians and these technicians are robbing money from customer. After 6 days of complaint their technician asked from phone number [protected] that visit charge is 500 even if work not done. While customer care told its 400 and if work not done still 200 have to be paid. Customer care is very poor, untrained people hired. Complaint not attended No monitoring. Technicians are robbing customers. I will suggest everybody. Please dont buy any product from usha international. You will not get any service or support. Your money will be wasted. Please avoid usha products. Its rubbish. It seems company will be going closed soon. Was this information helpful? | |
