I had purchased a Usha SWH Verve 25L water heater on 7th April, 2014 in Gurgaon. From 1st day there was problem of water leakage. After REPEATED complaints, the problem was thought to be resolved. But when I finally started using the water heater in winter of 2014, the leakage started again. I made a complaint on 21 Dec, 2014 Complaint no: C[protected]. It's 8 Jan, 2015 (18 days!) and NOONE has come till now to rectify the leakage problem due to which I am not able to use the heater in this hash winter. The customer care executives just keep on lying and making up stories. After REPEATED complaints, your company has not fixed the problem.
