DEAR SIR, THANKS, REFERENCE TO YOUR COMPLAIN USHA COMPANY GUY CAME OUR HOUSE TO SEEN FAN. AFTER A DAY THEY CALL ME AT [protected] THAT FAN WILL BE REPAIR AT OUR FACTORY. HOW CAN I BELIVE THAT IN FRONT OF ME THEY HAD REPAIRED DUPLICATE OR OTHER COMPANY PARTS. I THINK THEY ARE FUNCTIONING ONLY FORMALITIES. SO I WANT TO INFORM YOU. FROM: ASHOK
