I have registered a complaint about usha dream maker 120 sewing machine in December and after repeated calls, an executive has come and repaired with visting charges and have said that there is no problem and have asked to call if the problem repeats.
The problem repeated again in January 5th and we contacted the customer care once again and this the same executive who has come before we assigned and after 5 days he has called back and said he has no in depth knowledge of the sewing machine of this type and assigned the task to some one else.
Now, the other executive comes after 3 days i.e 12th jan and checks and he also says he doesn't have in depth knowledge of the machine and assigned the task to other person.
From then on we have been calling him for the support ( except 5 days where we are not avvailbale in morning and have informed before hand) and fill now he hasn't come saying very lame excuses like he is on tour and he has some other works and So on
Today when we called the customer care, they have said the complaint is closed. On what basis was the complaint closed without even servicing.
To Raise a complaint once again, they are asking for visting charges as the complaint was older.
Is this the kind of service we expect from usha.is this the kind of behaviour we except from thier agents and paying money everu time they vusit with no proper service
