We had called up for service of a Usha cooktop and the service request number was [protected]. It was raised under the name of Anupriya Agrawal on 21-Mar-2016. Till now we have made many follow up calls but have received only promises of the technician visit.

The problem that we have is a very dangerous one in which the cook top fire automatically extinguishes and the gas is still coming out of the burner which could lead to a very big problem.

Request you to please address our concern.

I have been receiving this useless replies since a month that some body will come to resolve the issue . its as i[censored] people have lost the ability to service your product and are hiding behind such stupid replies... Calling up the customer care is useless the are kind of an IVR where you get the same response to all questions.. Even they are scared to transfer to their managers and when pushed they keep you on hold.. This was done by a customer executive who called himself rohit
