Usha International — water pump is not working under warranty

Dear sir,
I was purchased a water pump (Moter) on dated 24/06/18 with one year guaranty and warranty. But now moter is not working last one week. I was called to customer care many times they always replied due to technical issue cal again after 10 minute. We are facing lot of problems regarding my home water supply. So please look into this.

My problem as it is lot of time called to usha international customer care they always said tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow we are facing very complications from usha, so please take legal action against usha international
