On inquiry I have been informed that parts that are required to fix the problem are not available locally and service support in Andhra Pradesh has been stopped. Please can you confirm the same in writing so as to enable me to pursue the issue with right authorities in case this is true as the product was being sold in Andhra Pradesh and it is a gross injustice to customers who have brought the product trusting the company. Otherwise, please let me know when my complaint can be redressed and the service done for my machine as I am facing trouble with the same.
