Usys Services — unauthorized charges and fraud!

Hi,

Some days back i received a call from one of the executive from usys services asking me if i would be interested in taking up the form filling up job. As i was eagerly waiting to get a job, i agreed. And i guess that was the most stupid thing i ever did! I regret so much for associating myself with this company.

I was provided with the agreement which i clearly understood. Then went on to actually do the work. I submitted 3000 forms within 15 days (The due date mentioned for submission). After few minutes, i received an email stating the qc has failed because i couldn't achieve the cut off. They said there were errors in 281 forms, mainly the spacing errors. I spoke with the executive and he explained that the forms were not checked manually but was checked by the tool.

Then later i was asked to pay 7777k for registration and some legal charges, which i paid on 10th oct, by 3:00pm. This time was provided to me saying they would file a case against me if i fail to pay the amount before the said time. This made me really worried and i somehow managed to pay the amount (7777k).

The very next day, i received noc. I somehow thought that everything was sorted but then this morning (I. E. 15th oct), i received a message stating they would send a notice (Hard copy) to my residence address. The executive stated that i still have to pay a "huge amount". And he asked me to pay this in the court!

I really don't understand why i should be paying anything now. As per the agreement, i have already paid the registration charges and also the legal charges. I would appreciate if anyone could rescue me from this!

This is the worst thing ever, associating myself with usys services.
