Hello sir my name is suresh. Few days back i
Received a call from usys services and asking
Me to do online form filling job. I agreed and
Sent my pancard detailsand copy to forward them. They sent
Agreement letter. But after few days they
Mailed username and password and told me
Not to open until a confirmation call from
Them. I did not open
But after seeing this fraud i told them iam not
Ready to the job and they told me its ok. But
Now a person called me and threatened me
To pay money otherwise he told me to take
Legal action against me. Please help me to
Solve this problem atleast sent a noc
Certificate regarding my problem clerance

Updated by Allu suresh Recently I got a message regarding this complaint...Your case can be booked under Section 420 and Section 406. You need to pay penalty amount to the company and settle this dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.

We Arbitration will appoint an advocate M. Patel for further proceedings that need to held upon you at Indian Council of Arbitration court. We advise you to respect the proceedings and law of India to meet your case in good faith at Indian Council of Arbitration Delhi. The customer who is accused has to pay charges of proceedings of their own. Still we are giving you one chance to disengage this case and settle the dispute outside the court by paying penalty amount to our client . We will let you free from all charges and proceedings once your payment is settled in books of accounts of company.
