Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — aadhar biometric errors in applying pan card

Hi, I am Muralidhar. I had applied for PAN card on 2nd Feb, 2018 - Application numbers : U-N[protected], U-N[protected] and N[protected] for my family. But it was withheld for almost a month for Aadhaar biometric authentication. And every time i submit the name and details as in aadhar, the error persist and i could not resubmit the applications.. i am worried about getting the PAN cards or if my amount is refunded! Please help me with it
