Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — I applied for pan card for change in name but almost 2 months passed, i didn't get the pan card

Hello my name is Aryan Mittal. I applied for pan card for change in name because i changed my name from Court and i also submitted my court affidavit official gazette documents and also submitted my old name documents like aadhaar card, pan card, voter id etc etc.. Whenever i go to that pan service center where i applied, they checked my application no. On Internet and tells me that my application is under verification.. I don't understand why since 2 months crossed still i haven't got proper verification details and not gotten the pan card. Please help me
