Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — Objection in pan card, objection reason is pan not in master

I applied a pan card via https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home by aadhaar based otp and i get a pdf pan and after i am applied through utiitsl for hard copy of pan card then this application is given in objection objection reason is PAN NOT IN MASTER
