I have applied for new pan card through utiitsl online but after making payment the application is cancelled due to mismatch of mobile no. That is linked in aadhar card. So please refund my amount as soon as possible.
Following details about the application and payment are given below:

I have applied on-line for a new pan vide in the ref1. Above cited i have paid rs.106.90/- by using paytm bank debit card cum atm pin @12:47 a. M on 13/10/2019.
