Sir/madam my name is dinesh, my application no. Is n[protected] and reference no. Is va[protected] and date of birth is 23/07/1998 i have applied for pan card and fill the application form myself for online or digital signature and etc. And make the payment but an notification appears that show that my application was declined. Date of application 11/08/2019. Money deducted 106.90. I need refund for the payment. Please help this.
