Sir i applied for pan card twice . firstly in UTISIL website .secondly i applied from UMANG app . Both time when i complete my pan application . and final i click on payment option both time my amount is debited from my account and no further application is print .
i mentioned both coupoun number and Payment reference Number and My account Statement of the month (august) . so you can check and refund my amount as soon as possible
