Dear sir,

I applied new individual pan for me ms. R. Prasanna kumari on 16/09/2019.

A amount of rs.106.90 has been detected from my bank account on 16/09/2019.

Since my application is rejected a refund of rs.106.90 has not credited to my account till now.

My application number is n[protected] and reference number is va[protected].

I have attached a screen shot and bank statement for your reference.

Hi Sir/ Madam,
I have applied the Pan Card through online behalf of my grandfather. After made the payment His claim was rejected due to UID Demographic Authentication mismatch. Kindly refund the amount of Rs.106.90.
