Uti Pan Card Service — pan dispatched through rgsd post, but that registered post status in india post already dispatched on 17/10/2017

When i was checking in uti status its is showing

Your application is processed successfully
Pan card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 19/01/2018.

But in india post status showing already dispatched on 17/10/2017.
I think registered post num wrong. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible
And update in the uti website or inform me through mail.
