I had applied for change in pan card through uti on february 2nd 2017. But still it is not received to me. While checking status in the uti website, its showing withheld for processing. Its being more than a year now. please enquire it as soon as possible. My uti application coupon number is[protected]. i had also attached an acknowledgement copy.
