Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that a speed post consignment bearing no.EQ[protected]IN in the name of Ashish Upadhyay was received by Cipra Sun City Post Office (Pincode 201014) Ghaziabad on 30.05.2014.

Instead of delivering the consignment to the addressee the post office sent the same back immediately with remarks that house found locked. Sir, let me clarify that the house pertains in the fourth floor of the building so Postman did not take the pain to board the stairs and returned it to the post office with false statement.In order to know the whereabouts of the consignment, I immediately got in touch with the area Postman (Mr.Pintu - Mobile no. [protected]) but the individual did not have a legitimate answer of my query.

The matter has now been brought to your knowledge with an anticipation that consignment under reference is delivered to the recipient asap.A very early satisfactory reply is requested please.
