Dear Sir,
I have closed my UTS mobile wallet in the year of 2014 or 2015 from Bandel Station & get back my wallet balance amount.
But, Now I need to Re-open my UTS mobile wallet to access mobile ticketing.
I visited many times to Bandel Station and Howrah Station for Re-open UTS surrendered wallet. Because, I have not change my old mobile number till now. But, ticket booking officer told me that it is not possible to Re-open. You can get new mobile number and install the UTS mobile app.
But, It is not possible for me. Because my mobile use for home & office purpose.
Pls. Help...
