Upon complaining in forum, i received a call yesterday to take back the complaint and the executive told me that money will be refunded
He asked me to share details of debit card including cvv
He said its government mandate to mention cvv for closing compliant n initiate refund
I denied to share cvv saying the same government mandates me also not to share cvv
Executive was rude n he kept mentioning i m not asking your pin/ password
This is one more fraud from utsav suits
Very pathetic customer service n such a hifi cheating
Pls take vigorous action so that no one else is suffering because o[censored]tsav suits and pls try to get my money back Was this information helpful? |
