Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council — Issue of Duplicate licence

I have lost my original licence so i have applied for issuing of a duplicate copy of Pharmacist registration card and green book in U.P. State pharmacy council (Aug.-2013). My details of duplicate registration application are- my licence no- 46467 S. No.-70749, Book No.-708. I have been told that i should be getting my license in three months time. But its been more than 1 year 6 months now and i havent received any communication from them. I have visited so many time to the UP PCI office but nobody responds to that. Please suggest how could i get my duplicate licence and about the status of my registration.The lucknow office phone no. mentioned on the PCI website doesnt work and nobody responds to that no. Maybe God help us. I have not seen any Pharmacy council who will take so much long time to settle any issue.I wish u to god my problem will be solved.
