My UPPCL account no. is [protected] . I have paid my bill on 21/07/2018 for the month of july 2018 through hdfc net banking for rs 5215, but receipt was not generated after payment and the same is showing due for Rs 5215. I have submitted my electricity bill of november month of Rs 937 through online payment of my Punjab National Bank account on 20/11/2020, my bank account is debited by Rs 937 but neither the UPPCL account is credited nor the payment recipet is generated. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
