Hello sir,

I have been using the uppcl connection for over 2 years, with no complaint, but this month i received a bill of over 50000 rs, that is extremely shocking.

As every month, we receive only a bill of around 700 to 900 rs, it has been so many months, still not exceeded. You can see this in the previous consumption patterns.

Last month, we changed our tenant and the house was not at all occupied for around 15 days, so i am wondering that how come this much bill has been sent.

It seems to me a gross mistake on your part. Please correct the bill soonest, otherwise, we will lose trust on your service.
