Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Transaction Status is Success but Recharge Failed

Address:Nilaya greens, morta , ghaziabad

I was recharging my Smart meter given by UPPCL online. The genus prepaid consumer id is : [protected]
My 1100 rupees got deducted and no token code was generated.
Transaction status is shown as SUCCESS but recharge status is FAILED.
I am attaching the screenshot. Please check.

I have done the recharge of 2000, amount has been deducted from my bank account but recharge status is showing failed. I beseech you pease solve this problem as soon as possible .
