Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — wrong bill generation in my meter | |||
Respected sir my name is jitendra kumar srivastava village ghanghaul post berraon dist-fatehpur (U. P.) sir there is a case of wrong bill generation in my service connection number 653497. Sir in my village there is a system of fixed bill which is 320rs monthly. Last month uppcl send us a bill amount of 17000 for last 14 month. When we approached to khaga sub office for the reason that we have received a wrong bill sdo of khaga substation told us that our bill includes someone else connection thats why we are recieving a wrong bill amount. When we requested him for the rectification of the bill sdo firmly denied and said that we have to take a fresh connection. Last time we have paid an amount of rs 2462 against the bill of 12 month on 16/05/2017 so my question is that if bill is fixed and we have paid 2462 for 12 months then how it is possible that the bill amount for the next 14 month is 17000. And when we have an active light connection 653497 then why they are forcing us for a new connection.in our substation nobody is ready to take the responsibility to rectify my bill.
