Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — wrong meter reading issue

I entered wrong meter reading (313001) instead of 31301) in the meter reading box in self bill generation o[censored]ppcl, due to which i have got a bill of very high amount i. E. Rs 20155. I have submitted my previous electricity bills successfully which were not so high, as my previous month's bill was only of rs. 2461 which i have paid on 9th may 2019.
Please help me as soon as possible

Please provide me electricity for home connection. Already but line is not running and working so please line workup line raste me sapheda ka ped aa Raha hai usme tar takkra kar aag lag jati hai so light cut kar rakha hai please is ped ko katva kar electricity Dena ka kast Kare thanks you sir

Please solved my problem

We are not getting proper supply of Electricity in my village. Even when we get electricity we get very low voltage where we Can't run any electric appliances including the light bulbs too. We hardly get around 8 hours of Electricity and that is also not proper.
