[Resolved] Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation — amount - 3156 rs | amount deducted but ticket not booked | not refunding yet | |||||
I had been trying to book ticket from upsrtc online portal on date[protected], but due to there poor online service, i did not get any ticket, and my amount 3156 rs had been deducted. I had sent complain to their online support email. They had replied after many mails. They take some information from me on mail. But not responding after that. Regarding this problem, you can file a consumer complaint against the UPSRTC as well as online booking site under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 regarding the Deficiency of Services which was done with you.
