[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — amount deducted more than the bill and none of the tickets were booked

I was booking tickets from upsrtc on 9th of august, i opted for 2 tickets, and while doing payment to them it was showing a bill of 768 but after typing the otp for transaction i was redirected to home page and my tickets were not booked, instead 2304 rupee was deducted from my account.
I tried to contact you on your helpline number [protected] but i didn't get any response from you.
Kindly consider my complaint, and refund my money.
