Dear Sir, This is inform you that I have Rs. 1178/- balance in my smart card issued by UPSRTC. On 29.01.2017 i board a from bijnor to meerut i bought a ticket of Rs. 78.00 and the same has been deducted from my smart card and the balance of Rs. 418/- is shown on my Bus Ticket (as enclosed) I didn't board a bus on 29.01.2017.
only Rs. 418/- is showing instead of Rs 1100/- in my smart card. The details of smart card are as follows: Name : Neeraj kumar Card No: SRGSB[protected].
